The international tradeshow is one of the most effective communication tools of export marketing. At the point when exporter have prepared items, he needs to reach to the purchasers. By attending a tradeshow, he may find them.
There is no option to plan and prepare for a successful tradeshow. Starting from the budget of the fair, the stall design, marketing material and planning during the meeting have to be done in advance.
TEDFO Academy & Career Counseling Center of East West University jointly organized a 2-day long training program on Export Management, which was titled “Be an Export Manager”. We arranged the program on June 28-29, 2019 at East West University Campus premise. We got a bunch of enthusiastic students there. Therefore, the crowd made the class effective and interactive. Inbound marketing: Inbound marketing is a method of attracting, engaging and delighting customers to grow a business which provides value and builds trust on customer’s mind. Inbound marketing creates a process to find a potential customer and turning that early awareness into brand preference and ultimately into leads and revenue. Buyer’s self-education, a marketer’s job is to be heard through the noise and come up with new ways for leads to find a potential customer.

Lead generation is the process of attracting and converting strangers into someone who has indicated interest in a company’s product or service. Some examples of lead generators are job applications, blog posts, coupons, live events, and online content.
Leads are the results of export marketing services. Exporters do all the export marketing to generate leads. Simply, a lead is a person or contact who has an interest in that company’s product or service in some way, shape, or form.
Export leads are the contacts that an exporter can get from the interest in export marketing activities which can be a sort of contact information of a person or a company such as a phone number, a business card, a company website, an email, an inquiry, an appointment etc.
TEDFO Academy conducted a 2-day long training session on Export Management at SME Foundation in April 29th and 30th, 2019.
We believe that it was a fruitful training session. Those entrepreneurs were so enthusiastic to learn and responded so well. We also learnt a lot of experiences from their individual business journey which was amazing. We wish them luck for their future success. Hopefully, we were able to show them a ray of hope to make their local product global.

Think about Export business as a journey which starts at a
point and finishes at the other and there are a number of stages that need to be
followed consecutively. Knowing the export journey will help an exporter to
know about the whole picture of the export business process and discover your own position in the journey.
In this manner, we will be able to know the strength and weakness of an export
plan to get success in export business.
We have participated in 7th SME Fair 2019, which was held in Bangabandhu International Convention Center. It was a ‘7-day long’ program, started from 16th March to 23rd March, 2019. Through participating in that fair, we have got the opportunity to promote our products and interacted with our customers. It was a good experience to find out new markets and enhance our sales. Moreover, we were able to keep in touch with our stakeholders, which was beneficial to us.

TEDFO ACADEMY team has visited the Asian University for Women (AUW) in Chattogram on December 13, 2018. During the visit they have met with Ms. Lucille Jade Galvan, Head of Center for Career Development and International Programs (CDIP) of AUW. During the meeting, the TEDFO ACADEMY team has presented their proposal to facilitate a training program at AUW. Soon CDIP will start working on the mentioned proposal. Mr. Mohammad Faisal Hasan (Lead, TEDFO ACADEMY) and Sazid Mahmud Shaon (Trainee, TEDFO ACADEMY) were present on the occasion as their organization’s representatives.
